A wonderfully smooth and close 2.5 Pass shave with a fresh Voskhod in my R41. These blades really are smooth. Never felt like getting bitten at any point during the shave. I did end with 2 weepers. Both my fault (obviously) as I over-shaved my jaw/chin. I still class this as one heck of a shave! My face genuinely feels like glass.

Stay safe and enjoy your shaves gentlemen.

Great shave, James. I enjoy Voskhods in my R41 (2011) as well.

Thanks, James, but I don’t think that’s all that unusual with the Proline blades.

Great shave James! The Voskhods are deceptively sharp.

it's a fine looking shaver if i remember..if i like this one after a shave or 2 i might indulge.i do like my new deluxe version of your razor..i haven't invested a lot in the old type blade design razors so far..my old type wasn't very nice to me,but that was lack of technique..

I don’t have any buyer’s remorse with this razor, Joe. I sure did with the H&S No75 I bought. It just never performed for me, so I sold it.
