    Thanks Joseph! I bought it shave ready on Bay about this time last year. Every straight that I own was purchased shave ready because I was new to straight shaving. I didn't want to send razors out to be serviced and I didn't want to try honing while I was learning how to use straights. I am glad that I found out about maintaining them through Chromium Oxide (Crox) and lapping films. Eventually, I may try stones, but for now I am good. Gee, I can't believe that it's been close to a year and a half since I started using a straight razor. Time flies when you're having fun. Have a great day Joseph!

    Thank you Joseph. Doc Ezlovan doesn't have a fancy name for the brush, he just put the size on it.

    I would expect you to have a great shave because you want to look great riding in your TR6. It's nice and sunny outside so enjoy the fresh air Jeff!

    @McCrae
    I am 50 miles east of you Dan so I understand all too well. I was planning on going to Pasteur's Pharmacy for the first time to see their shaving supplies. It's not like I need any more shaving items, but I wanted to visit the mecca for shave enthusiasts. Stay safe Dan.

    it was meant for the different gaps on the different gillettes,knowing most gillettes have a neutral exposure..razors like the fatip and r41 have positive exposure..:)

    Joe, Pasteur’s is an amazing place. Just make sure you have sufficient control before entering! I always feel like a kid in a candy store when I visit!
