    Thank you Patrick.

Thanks Tim. I will be working Saturday. I am hoping to get enough done today to avoid working Sunday.

Thank you James. The Outlaw is a cool looking brush. I find the 400 more ergonomic.

I agree both are excellent takes on bay rum.

Good comparison post, Joe. Someone posted this comparison graphic a while back and I found it quite helpful.

Very nice Patrick. Love the brush.

Excellent progress James. You'll have it sorted out shortly.

Great looking shave and photo Angelo. I love the scent of C&E West Indian Lime soaps and creams.

Now that is cool razor. Congrats Terry.

Whew it is Friday at last. Not that it makes much difference for me. One day is blending into the next. Tried out the CBL Green Valley Links soap for the Shave Cadre group buy. I found the soap very easy to lather with excellent slickness. The scent strength is very weak to the point of being almost unscented. Three passes and touch ups ended in a wonderful drama free BBS shave. I hope everyone has a great Friday.

Very cool! Kind of has a look of a GEM Featherweight! Interesting design for sure! Glad it gives you great shaves!

    Another stunning shave, Clint!

Awesome report, James! Congratulations on nailing the lather, on an awesome shave, and on keeping the dogs of irritation at bay :D

:happy088: About two weeks ago, I sliced my thumb (from the tip to past the first knuckle) to the bone. I was pleased to see that it was fully closed after a week with just a bandage and triple antibiotic ointment.
I took a day off from washing dishes and did one handed for a couple, but I think the soapy water helped alot.

And yes Patrick ...... it was with a razor knife while restoring will's shaving brush. First thing I thought .... "I'm STUPID ........ don't tell Cindy".

Pinky is looking good, Joe. I'm really glad to see that.

Pending Cartel review, your CT should be restored in 48 to 72 hours. Turnaround times are still pretty quick since Boris is teleworking.

Lovely Lemon Chill shave, Terry! :D

Wow, that sounds like an amazing razor. I googled it and could find nothing--the closest thing was a GOLF Bakelite Slant

Well, I just raised the title of my shave today by doing something daring. What do I mean. We'll get to that.

I thought things were at least better than yesterday, as I took 30 seconds to load the Soap Exchange (Lumberjack)soap onto the brush. Sure is challenging to load soap when the bottom of the puck becomes more visible(We'll call it, the "driveway"). There was less moisture on the soap as I "swept" it across my face and neck. Good sign. With my 2 passes, I did end up with 4 small nicks-small enough so that the redness could be wiped off with additional soap and my washrag. Solid neck work again, as the "Y formation" is picking up stride. At the finish, I "slapped on" the Agadir aftershave(the way Jack Palance admimistered the Skin Bracer in his classic commercial). Slapping may be the way to go.

Now about the title. I badly missed some areas on the right side again, but decided to kill'em with the razor ALONE. No water, no soap, no nothing. I didn't get ALL of what I missed, but I did knock off the majority. With the presence of mind of doing that, the grade goes to Kinda Excellent.

Beautiful photo, and awesome shave and report, Clint! The thing I like about what you've done with the General is that the antiquing is just shiny enough that it takes on just a tinge of the colors of it's surroundings, so it's like looking at a different razor each time (especially true with the outdoor photos) :D
