On a semi-related note, as Mayor of Distraction, Texas, it occurs to me that what Distraction needs is more music. I'm thinking of naming the Fratellis as the "Official Distraction Band." Of course, we also need an official music video, so I'm thinking of giving that honor to the aforementioned band's "Flathead". I will refrain from posting it here though, out of respect for the ladies. Unless of course they give me the go ahead.

How was my day...well in the military the acronymn was SSDD (Same S@!+ Different Day) I spent the weekend warding off the ebola virus lots of Nyquil and Sleep followed by more Nyquil and naturally more sleep. I'm feeling a bunch better today so I'm rinsing the dust off my teeth with a cold Amber Bock. Life is good and I'm livin it.

 

Just got back from a run to Staples, the grocery, a bakery, and a record store (just unloaded some LPs).

Picked up a new paper shredder for $15 (regularly $50, but there were two rebates associated with it) cause my old one broke. I love a good deal.

 

I spent all day looking for wet shaving supplies. No one in Arkansas has much.

 

You'll find that to be the case in most places.
