    I came into the hobby about the time that the Tradere had stopped being sold. You still saw a few on the BST for decent prices but I was reluctant to spend the money. I would buy the Gen 1OC if I buy. My question is the Tradere going to be a regularly stocked item or a limited run. If it's a limited run, I am in now. If the razor is regularly stocked, I would wait for some reviews. At least I have a week to think.

    Thank you Jason. The vetiver adds just enough to the base to make it interesting. You know the complexity and subtlety of the SV scents with something you can put your finger on. Hipster reminds me of that approach to a scent.

    A question for you gentlemen who shave with straight razors:

    What is the easiest/cheapest/most minimal way I can maintain a great edge on my razor?

    This is my current gear:
    Webp.net-resizeimage (1).jpg
    Vintage Sheffield steel razor - NOS - bought shave ready for £30 from a reputable UK vendor from B&B.
    Leather & linen hanging strop
    Crox crayon and webbing.

    I did 10 laps on the crox (edge trailing) wiped it clean, followed by 20 on linen and 20 on leather.

    It seemed to shave beautifully!

    Isn't the T2 just a smaller version of the T3? 24mm vs 26mm? I see the loft is different, but wondering if the bristles are the same.
