Thank you, Joe! I think you hit the nail on the head, there. Last summer the few times I used that shavette were dicey at best, and those exposed corners kept reminding me they were exposed. This time around, it was like shaving with a completely different, more agreeable, razor. That muscle memory makes a world of difference
It has been a long few weeks. Busy busy busy. I've been shaving every day and it has been a great stress reliever! Today I used my merkur futur Personna platinum Proraso anti-irritation Trumper skin food I broke the stop on my futur a few years ago and so never really know what stop it's actually on. However, it was on 1. 3 Passes and DFS No cuts or weepers I bit of bite with the Alum

I'm excited for spring myself. I'm not really concerned about being laughed at by the women at work, but in the software/IT industry women tend to be younger on average, especially in Utah. Generally they're closer to my daughter's age. With scent being so intrusive, especially to women, I try not to offend. So, if my daughter dry heaves when I ask her opinion, I don't wear that scent to work.

I did look at it, but I do not to buy knock-offs as it hurts good businesses . I certainly believe this is a contributing factor to the demise of merkur.
Nice shave Simon! I'm still somewhat new but I don't think we see a lot of Futur users in 30DC. Very nice! Being extremely busy while we all work from home seems to be a common tale. I think people denied entertainment but in desperate need of a distraction are working way too hard.
It will be an interesting shave tomorrow morning. The razor comes with Permasharp blades, which don’t work well for me. So I snapped a Polsilver in half. I just hope the razor can hold the blade rigidly in place. Unlike many on this forum, Tim, I never shaved with cartridge razors. So this pivoting razor stuff is all new to me. I destroyed myself with both the Leaf and the OneBlade. I ended up with a very serious scalp cut from the Leaf, and a bad face nick from the OneBlade. Sold them both! This is my last hurrah!
After striking out on the OneBlade, and almost scalping myself with the Leaf, Joe, tomorrow should prove interesting. I’ve been watching some shave videos with the Broman, and am hoping for a different result tomorrow.
