    The difference here is that you’ve shaved with carts, Cliff. I scalped myself with the Leaf and did some serious damage with the OneBlade. This pivoting stuff is new to this old shaving fossil. I’ve been watching Kensurfs Broman video. I’ll be using a Polsilver instead of one of the Permasharps that come with the razor. Permasharps and I don’t get along. Hopefully, I’ll get a different result with this pivoting razor. We’ll see tomorrow!

    Since October here can "come in like a lamb and go out like a lion", I'm thinking more of - Aqua Velva&Skin Bracer? Check. Clubman? Check. :) Every day will be like my current "Throwback Thursday".

    I'm smiling because the Personna Platinum is a knock off and if it weren't for copy cats we'd still be shaving with three hole blades in Gillette old type handles.

    I only own 2 Merkur razors and I'd consider them both knockoffs.

    The Merkur 15C is a more mild Gillette OT with a Gillette Single Ring looking handle. The Merkur 34C is a Gillette New Standard with a closed comb. The Merkur 25C and 37C are pictured.
