    thank you Charlie,i actually have a replated rfb on the way,some models like the new series ,the plating just deteriorates.in my naive collecting ability i just wanted to buy something once..we all know how that ended..:)..

    Sounds good, Gary! I look forward to seeing the RFB. You truly have a beautiful collection of vintage Gillettes, and you've taught me to appreciate the finer design differences between the various models.

    I attribute my survival to partial credit, refinishing and replating old surfaces, always having an alibi, and being able to quickly make up excuses. I am currently mentoring @Edison Carter, even though it's kinda dangerous to travel to Pennsyltucky. But, hey, Danger is my middle name...

    Thanks Charlie! I saw the Blue Angels flyby so it was a very uplifting experience. Afterwards, went to my park fr my daily 45 min constitutional. Although I am in the C-19 epicenter, I don't have any fear and use wisdom when outside. I know that you need to be careful, but I will continue to pray that God's hedge of protection surrounds you and Kathy. Stay safe my brother.

    Just received my bottle in the mail. Can’t get over the fact at how heavenly and strong this fragrance is. To be honest the scent has not changed a bit, in fact this definitely is stronger than the other bottles I have in my collection. I think the reasoning why, is because this has a double seal, so it’s hard for oxygen to get down into the bottle and oxidize/age it. Definitely have to say this decanter compliments my brush perfectly.
