Thank you, Evan! The problem is that I don't know if I’ll ever speak with him again! They don’t let family in the hospital. He was intubated last night. We’re all praying for his recovery! This plague is a nightmare, and it’s the first responders, like Sam, who are becoming a disproportionate number of serious cases because of the viral load they’re exposed to and the lack of PPE. I’m one angry, frustrated guy! Thank you for your prayers.

 

Great kit, photography and shave summary! That Genesis really checks the boxes for you. Is the Genesis a better shave than the Core or the Hybrid? Just wondering?

 

Gorgeous kit, Jim! That brush handle is gorgeous! Your staging is beautiful! Really glad you got the Hawk dialed in! I always enjoy your posts, particularly the beautiful modern shave hardware you share. I’m still barely resisting that beautiful Copper CG razor and matching brush! Hope your day went well!

 

A word of advice! You’ll notice that some of us have been tagged with (Custom Titles -CTs) under our avatars. I made the mistake of commenting on my lack of ability to detect different scent nuances. I made the mistake of referring to myself as a “Nasal Barbarian”, whereas my good friend, Patrick (9Nein9) referred to himself as “El Scratcho” following a bit of bloodletting during a shave, and well, the rest is history. So just mind your language, , the ‘Cartel’ is always watching.

My T3 Trafalgar arrived today. It does splay easier than the T2. I do like the size of the T3 better. I think the T2 will find a home in the dopp kit. It'll make a nice travel brush.

Actually, the movie Dirty Dancing was enjoying it's heyday at that time--it's a song from that soundtrack, and it has always made me want to rip out my own ears and bury them deep, deep into the earth so that I would never have to hear that song again. I tend to be a bit understated in the way I express myself, so in case you couldn't tell, I have strong and not very positive feelings about that song.

 

I have the Hybrid. Supposedly the same head as the Genesis but I've been seriously considering the Genesis with the 50% off sale.
