I thought it might be fun to see all the Dubl Duck razors our members own. I own a couple, but will include my most recent.

I recall seeing a Goldedge similar to the one shown above in my post on the bay. I “watched” it and IIRC it ended up getting bid to > $225. Anyone else see that one?

In the description the seller stated it belonged to his/her grandfather in the ‘50’s. I was surprised at the final price; it seemed to be settled around $150 for several days.

Regardless of any of this, I’m sure the new owner will be enjoying the razor! I certainly enjoy mine.

I HAD a goldege, now I only have the blade. The scales made a decent sized rust line on the blade...as did a Gold Ring I have, both survived ok, but I need to make scales now. I looked up scale rot with celluloid scales and the Mark's were identical, so that's two sets needed...glad I managed to save the blades tho, this happened very quickly, less than a month, I am meticulous when it comes to drying my razors so I knew it was not damp or water, check out your Dubl ducks regularly or you may end up in a similar position
