A pair of recent acquisitions made me realize that many straight razors have various animals stamped into their shanks. Dubl Duck, Jaguar and the HMC whale are a few of them. Post pics of your shank critters and let's see what is in this zoo.
A couple Tally-Ho foxes... Earlier F. Fenney (bottom) and then the later C.T.Bingham version. And in the bird section of the zoo, we find an Inko bird, or parakeet. Could be some fun later to pull out the collection Tom.
Oh yeah, one of my favorite stamps. Lions, Tigers and... Oh my! Just thought it was a fun use of the bear. Will [Bear] Inspection. Tom
Not my favorite part of the zoo... the reptile section, but is a favorite brand: ERN Turn to a modern option in Hart Steel. And finally the section of the zoo that not many see . Nothing like a cross between a lion and an eagle... the Griffon Or Griffin or Gryphon or... Fun part of the zoo. Tom
You are most welcome... everybody has to love a parakeet Still have some more to find. Love the thread!
Been after this Dolle frog for awhile. Fine addition to the Amphibian collection. Now to find the elusive Utica J. Frog (Dances with Razor)
Today, in the aquarium we find the Swedish Berg Shark. Roaming the Baltic Sea, its diet consists mostly of Eskil's tuna.

I went looking for a mythical beastie razor... Didn't find any with dragon marked shanks, but did stumble across one of the most jaw droppingly gorgeous razors I've ever seen. I know it doesn't fit the theme here, but had to share it anyways. https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.re...d_dragon_odins_edge_custom_straight_razor_by/ Edit: OMG! He is in Corvallis, Oregon! I might have to plan a personal visit one of these days.
