None of the chains I know of will do anything lower than medium. I seem to remember one place that wouldn't go below medium-well. I'm there with you. We've been looking around for Gypsies in our area. On his worst days, I've considered sticking him outside with a sign around his neck that says "free to a good home." It's some kinda shave cream, I think. Only the Illuminati actually know what it is.
I'm starting to think, maybe it's stress related. Sometime shortly after work, my heart started doing jumping jacks again. It's all very frustrating. Had such a good day yesterday... Perhaps it's the yumnilaria.
