None of the chains I know of will do anything lower than medium. I seem to remember one place that wouldn't go below medium-well. I'm there with you.

We've been looking around for Gypsies in our area. On his worst days, I've considered sticking him outside with a sign around his neck that says "free to a good home."

*sigh* just got message from wife. I guess she is now going to be on blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar medicine. ugh. not good... But sauerkraut and brats still keeping spirits up.
