    One ew morning!

But in the bathroom I was waiting for a sample of cream that I wanted to try for 3 years, 7 months and 12 days.
    I liked it.
But, by dint of reading personal impressions, I had made one of my own.

We tend to attribute to words the meaning we would attribute, but everyone expresses himself in his own way, feels in his own way and basing himself on other people's opinions does not give the sense of reality as we perceive it.
And perfume is too individual a perception to be based on that of others.

I was expecting a lavender explosion like falling face down in a field in Provence.
    Instead not!
The scent is very good, but very delicate.
I thought I'd lather in a bowl, but in the end, I decided to face lather directly.

The texture is very good, similar to Fitjar's, but more sustained, full-bodied, very homogeneous and pleasant to the face.
And the fragrance is also very good. Just a little light for my taste.
Even lathering, with hot water, I didn't feel a greater intensity.
But, in total, I liked it: it remains on the list of purchasable.

The razor blade, on the other hand, is a puzzle: when I changed the razor, I didn't feel its sharpness, as it was delicate, but, at the same time, I felt a slight irritation.
But the skin is toned and gummy: the aftershave removed any latent irritation.

I had put on Stan Getz, Blues for Mary Jane, but it was too much for a morning shave: that's good for an afternoon/evening shave before a date.

    Thursday morning:

    Stirling Mentholated Pre-Shave Soap
    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Super Speed/Derby day 6
Stirling Margaritas in the Arctic SS
    Gold Bond Moisturizer
    Alt Innsbruck AS Splash
    Stirling Baker Street EdT

It felt heavenly to use the MITA soap this morning - its citrusy/tropical scent is so nice, the lather worked up ultra rich with such great slickness, and the menthol sensation was STRONG. The Gold Bond moisturizer performs so well as a cooling, soothing balm, and the Alt Innsbruck’s icy cold feeling along with its lovely scent really pleased me. The Baker Street smells gorgeous - my wife loves it on me. Three passes did the job for me - another absolutely perfect shave which I enjoyed so much.

    Be safe and healthy!

    Cold Water Rinse
    Mitchell's Wool Fat Shave Soap
    Tom's B-400 Two-band Badger
    TNAC by Tom
    Gillette Silver Blue
    CWR
    Aqua Velva Musk

The Mitchell's Wool Fat Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Tom's B-400 Two-band Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the TNAC by Tom with a Gillette Silver Blue blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva Musk AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
