May-hem 2020 La Savonnière du Moulin~~Rubberset 400/3~~Detroit National Cut. Co.~~SMN Nostalgia It's been about a week since I used a traditional straight razor. To remedy that, I went with a favorite of mine, The DNCC. Not a particularly large blade, but an effective one. In fact, it's kind of "Plain Jane". Inspired by our motorcycle-riding, southern gentleman, Clint, I picked the Donkey Milk soap. It makes a very nice lather, but I can't get it to the shiny-level of some of my other soaps. Couple of minor weepers kept the shave from achieving "epic" status, nevertheless, it was a very fine shave and a good time was had by all. I have this irresistible urge to bray. Hee-Haw.
Great to see you again, Jim! Awesome shave and photo, sir--I used my aluminum Lupo yesterday; the Lupo really is a well-designed razor. Also really like that scent profile for Strange Island
Good morning guys. This is my beard growth after 24 hours. Now you know why I do not shave every day but every 36 to 40 hrs on average. It's a no shave day for me. As you can see, I have been getting some sun. As you can see, I have been getting some sun. Have a nice day guys!
Alllright, Magnus has returned! I loved your "Who Came In?" on your other post. The 3 Stooges made that one famous.
Great report and shave, Paul--way to take it easy! Gonna have to follow your fine example later on in the morning
Awesome report, gear and shave, Joseph! "Plain Jane" items almost always turn out to be some of my favorites--something about that it'll-surprise-ya vibe they give. Nice to see Vault Boy survived last month's uprisings
I left out something major-the cut areas still show(but no more blood at least), thus I knew exactly where to go easy. Good luck on the follow .
