Okay, so I'm still reading Dune. I'm in the last 90 pages of the book and Paul has just now hailed his first Maker, and I start thinking, "Oh crap! He's never gonna be able to tie this all up in 90 pages! There's too much going on!" Is this thing gonna end all cliff-hangery? I'm not really feeling up to tackling Dune Messiah just yet.

It's a complete novel. No cliffhanger. I seem to remember that Dune Messiah was a bit of a let down.

If it ends with a cliffhanger you might have an incomplete text.
