I am in the same boat as you Tim. Trying to pare down my existing soap collection. That being said, I just picked up a sample size of Stirling’s Satsuma and Weekend in Malibu. I find the sample sizes of Stirling last much longer than other artisans. Considering picking up a sample splash of Arkadia to go with my Declaration Grooming Trismegistus. It appears from everything I have read to be a match for Hermes. I love DG Trismegistus.

A very early morning shave with an early evening post. Whew.....what a day. The big boar did a number on the B&M Bay Rum soap whipping up a luxurious rich thick lather. The bottom of the container is showing through so the soap is on the way out. I brought out the Cobra Classic, aka The Snake" for the next several days. It is one of my coolest looking razors. The Snake is very efficient and smooth but will bite hard if I don't pay attention. Today's shave was a drama free BBS three pass shave followed by a very long day at work. Enjoying an adult beverage while the pork tenderloin cooks on the Big Green Egg. I hope everyone had a great Thursday.

 

Fabulous shave and the pork tenderloin sounds nice. For me, a whole chicken is in the smoker. Yum all around.

 

Thank you Joe. During the summer I cook most of our meals on the Big Green Egg using it as smoker, grill and even an oven for pizza or desserts.

Didn't check myself for bumps. Shaved off an ingrown hair or pimple or something.
Took an aspirin today, the blood. Feeling weak gotta get helpppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp

Other than that BBS and no irritation. Never a problem on my face. It's hard to be so bald but so good looking.

Great shave and picture,Clint, but I must say all I can think about is the smoked pork tenderloin. Sounds delicious!
