    Happy Memorial Day.
    I joined a few thousand trumpet players today, by playing Taps at 3:00 in whatever time zone we were in. Mine was PST.

    Worked all night. It was silly.
    Hot and humid Midwest day.
    I like a ‘plain’, Bay Rum at this time.
    The last two years, my go-to is the Gabels. It is a ‘pure’ Bay Rum, no cinnamon.
    My face felt soft all night, and the scent lasted almost as long.
    Hot, humid day, Gabels, perfect for the ‘situation’.
