I face the new day slimmer of 120 euros: can you see it?
Not a soft way to start the day!
But that's what they wanted to repair the water softener!

Very pleasant, instead, the inadvertent fragrance of soap and the result of shaving.
Continue to regret the 'saving' that inspired the purchase of the refill, because I really like the ceramic bowl and, with all the money I've thrown away over the years...

But it's useless to cry over the purchased soap!

The Williams Mug Soap face-lathered well with my Ever-Ready C-40 Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Ever-Ready 1914 Razor with a GEM Blue Star SE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Lilac Vegetal AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Hadn’t used a shavette in ages. The DOVO SS though was as smooth and easy as it gets. Not much talk about it but, it’s a very underrated shaver. Great day and shaves to all....​

 

I am after a tea scented soap.

I read:

The distinctive scent of Earl Grey tea combines with a bright note of lemon gelato and a hint of sweet waffle cone to bring you Mallard Earl Grey Gelato shaving soap

Aside the fact I do not understand what means 'note of lemon gelato' and not lemon only, they add a sweet waffle scent and I am perplexed.

Do you agree with the above description?
Is the soap very sweet in smell?

Simpson Milk Churn - Le Pt'I Meusien - Gillette Injector - Agua Lavanda Puig

Not sure which blade I used today. The injector key holds a mix of other blades rescued from broken containers so it could be either a Personna or a Proline B.
This is my first use of the Gillette injector.It looks very like the original Gillette twin blade cartridge razor....so I may have seen them but not recognised them for what they were.
A mild but efficient razor giving a 'Face Feeler' in 3 passes

Actually, if there is a sweetness it is quite subdued. It’s light, almost airy like with a light lemon verbena type scent with an herbal tea presence. It does exude a somewhat Earl Grey like scent but, lighter with a very light touch of sweetness, almost honey like. Not cloying or obnoxious at all. One of the more calming shaving lather scents that I’ve encountered. It’s not a breathtaking scent or one that will wow you at first sniff but, it puts me in a sort of relaxing shave mood with delicate light wafts of the scented lather caressing ones scent receptors. Performance is excellent as with all GD soaps in my experience.
