I was going to ask about the time, so thanks. Yeah, I think we're planning on bringing them this year, and was going to ask you about inviting my sister and her beau and his son....
back at work now, figured why waste the afternoon. I already missed all of yesterday, durn it. wife stayed home with son for the afternoon, soonest the local clinic said they could see him was 3, so figured I'd get some more things finished up since I'll likely miss a day or two here soon.
Well, normally that'd be fine, but we've only got enough treasure/prizes for 12 kids... counting your two... But I'll check with TWGW and see what we can do.
oh joy...MLB just texted, Dr. said son does have H1N1...I wonder how they tell so quick? Everything else takes them weeks upon weeks.... well, guess it's day-by-day plans for awhile now - hopefully my elfin' plumbing stays working
yup that... it is a on going thing... i try to stay around 120.. but then again I am off my meds.. got tired of them. Sorry to hear that Jim. You got an attic room to keep him in? Just back from the eye Dr. myself. all was good.. no change in the ole peepers. Fuzzy
They don't. They just diagnose it and move on. All they can tell for sure is that it is the flu. Then they just push it through as h1n1, but it's just as likely that it's flu A.
Ok, I'm in a bit of a foul mood after the past hour or so atWal-Mart. First, I have been looking for the Smoky Cheddar Doritos. Bought Jenna a small bag the other weekend, and they were good. I want them. Can I find them? Anywhere? No. And this thing stores do with putting stuff in areas it doesn't belong in. Pisses Me Off! Second, I finished shopping, loaded the car, and realized I'd forgot to get a new battery put in my watch. Run back in, stand there. Lady finally comes up. I say I need a battery. She mumbles "We have to tell customers now that we aren't responsible if the watch breaks." Huh? Ask for her to repeat this since she completely mumbled the last part. Ask for clarification. If the watch breaks when? After you've changed the battery? No while they're changing the battery. OK, I'd prefer to do it myself then. I said this TWICE! And she proceeded to pop open the back of the watch! WTFFFFFF? This ain't no $5 watch lady! I said no! And then they didn't even have the F'ing battery in stock! I shoulda slapped her. I keep mine low 200s. It's about keeping it controlled, so I do. Besides I HATE low blood sugars. 27 is damn scary. Can't move hardly, can't barely breath. Glad to hear the eyes are good. Ok, JoAnna's not in the mood to discuss this because I don't doubt it for a second. And I'm mad enough at the world right now. I'm off to find coffee now. And lots of it. :angry021
that's truly what I figure anytime there's a major outbreak of something somewhere, just assume what it is. I can understand somewhat, from the perspective of getting swamped with folks that need to be seen...but then "assuming" just pisses all over the Hippocratic Oath, doncha think?
:agelic13 Thank you, kind sir. But they're causing people to think this flu is bigger than it probably is. The news never says "we're guessing.....". mmmmm......coffee....coffee....coffee
you are welcome and, the media knows no other way to report other than: A) make mountains out of molehills or B) make molehills out of mountains they can't get anything right....with the exception of when something is very new, breaking news, and they don't have much information = less info for them to distort
That's why I don't watch the news. News came on after some program the other night. I started yelling at them. Especially when in one story they called it Juvenile Diabetes. It's been Type 1 for years and years now.
It's getting chilly in the Dakota's..... I'm not quite ready for winter yet. Now if there was a fan big enough to blow some of that warm southern air this far up north. The threat of "snow" is making the news now the last few days so I just keep telling my kids to quit cussin.
