    Chilly Wednesday
I decided to go with mildly mentholated splash today because it is a hot day. This was the first shave with my replacement Model T - the other one had a defect. It was smooth and efficient.

    Rating: 5 / 5

    Razor: Rockwell Model T
    Blade: Voskhod
    Brush: Brothers Bristles Silver Surfer
    Pre-Shave: PAA Cube 2.0 Menthol
    Lather: B-M Reserve Cool
    Aftershave: B-M Reserve Cool

Tiger is great, at least for me. The blade isn't that sharp and during the shave you feel that a little bit especially after 4+ shaves. But the blade leaves an extraordinary smooth feeling after the shave and is very forgiving. One of my fav blades in my Rockwell as well as in my Taiga.

I had an original Model T from Indiegogo, 2+year wait and full of defects. Uneven close/gap and blade exposure side to side.
Rockwell asked if I was willing to try some fixes on my own. I worked with them and they told me how to disassemble and reassemble, and when that did not work sent me new parts to reassemble it. After that it was perfectly aligned and even on both sides, gap and exposure and a good razor.
I gifted it as an essentially new and good razor to my brother, as for me the thrill was gone and I'd ordered a Rex.

However I will say in the end it was very good razor and Rockwell was very active in getting it to be as it should be without complaint. They were appreciative that I cooperated in the fix. Milder than the Rex, Lowest setting to top essentially goes from 0 shave to moderately aggressive vs the Rex which goes from mid to VERY aggressive. Those needing at least occasionally very mild might prefer the T.
I love my Rex but really can't go past 3.

Rockwell has had some quality control problems, but they have been willing to make it right for the most part.

I'm sorry I missed this. It was okay. It wasn't the absolute best blade in the world, but it was not a miss. I got it from Italian Barber when it was 50% off, so it was worth the cash. I wouldn't make the purchase of these at full price when you can get the Dorco Primes or even the Dorco ST-301s much cheaper that perform a bit better.
