No window today: it was too dark at that time.

The day lent itself well to the rose scent (rosa, rosae, rosae, rosam, rosa, rosa...).

A soap that comes from afar, a hard croap, but not a hard... hard one.Certainly not a triple milled.
In an essential package, not elegant, but efficient, it has a slightly chemical, but very pleasant scent. It could be confused with Klar Kabinett and, as far as I've read with Dusey, consequently.

My face is smooth now.

The knots we got from Bob in 2016/17 were truly amazing - especially at that price point. I am sure his current knots are also fantastic

I would say it's on the aggressive side. Good amount of blade feel without being harsh and at doesn't feel likely to bite should I have a momentary loss of focus. I've done my three shave run with it and I'm happy with the purchase.

The Tabac Shave Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #313 Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Maggard Slant Razor with a Gillette Silver Blue blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Tabac ASB. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
