Looking over last night's talk about stouts and ales, I realize it's been a little over 8 years since I've had an alcoholic beverage.

About the only time I really miss it is when I'm eating at the Outback. Something about that chicken just makes my mouth water for a Killian's Red. On a rare occasion, I'll get a hankering for a Heineken in a slightly cool glass bottle with just a little sweat on the bottle. Then there are those even rarer occasions when a Miller Lite would be just right. But those don't happen that often any more. But when they do...

I was going to stop with daughter at Albaneese Candy factory on the way home from appointments. However, at the gummy bear stuff, I guess she is going to have to be disappointed. Ugh... Hmmmm... experiment time... I wonder how many kids in my advisory class (coming up from lunch in about 2 minutes) will know those songs...
