    Thank you, Andrew. Don't tell anyone, but because we're eating it for breakfast, I usually half the amount of sugar the recipe calls for--the kids haven't figured it out yet :D

    It would sure fall into the category of "a matter of individual opinion".

    I have straights honed by some of the world's best. They shaved better fresh than anything I have done. I'd hate to think the reputations of all would be sullied by someone saying I got less than their best efforts.

    My opinion is exactly that. Maybe my technique is off on my straights, and 'spot-on' with shavettes.
