    Just the Basics June

    Sunday's Shave

    Ever Ready Shovelhead
    GEM Stainless PTFE
    CSB Badger
    Haslinger Schafmilch
    Brut

    I had a smooth Sunday shave with the Ever Ready and Haslinger. Two passes for a DFS and no irritation. This razor is such a great one with the crisp sound of buttering toast to let me know I'm doing something right. Haslinger provides such a creamy, clean smelling lather that I really love.

    Great shave report! Nice to have you join us today! I myself suffer from a physical challenge. Mine is neurological. I have Parkinson’s which prevents my shaving with a straight or a shavette. I still enjoy our shave hobby. Hope you join us again!

    I thought so. Mine cooked a little in the high heat during delivery. I think I will stick it in the refrigerator overnight.

    Aristocrat sunday.
    celebrated last night with a party with me and my other boys for a friend of mine who is about to ship off to Paris Island for basic in a week from today. Meant to do a shave yesterday so I went and decided to do it today. wishing these braces I have could come off early that way I could enlist right out of graduation from my high school, but I am looking at 6 months post graduation before I can enlist due to the length of my braces treatment. anyway all that matters is at least were all enlisting . ​

    Gorgeous photo, Clint! Your daughter is lovely! What a great way to enjoy time together with her before she starts her doctoral program. What is her field? I did my doctoral work in mathematical statistics back in the 70s.
