Excellent Basic shave. Agreed, I do not have any problems lathering the Williams soap.

Excellent shave. I experienced a small learning curve with Williams, but I get a decent lather from it each time now.

Terrific shave Keith! I like Razorock's Classic because it has a marzipan scent. Maybe when I am done with this soap and a few others then I will give Cella a try!

Thank you, Clint--I average about 5 wise choices a year; this one probably counts as two ;)

I'll admit that I was biased against it based on what I've heard on various forums, but if I run across some at a drug store now, I'll probably get it just to see what all the hubbub's about.

Sadly, the bristles end almost exactly where the handle begins. Sounds like sheared length to me. I find that perplexing as well--I'm not what you would call a smash-the-brush-till-it-lathers kind of guy. I'll let it soak for a good 10 minutes next time just to make sure. I'm not terribly worried at this point I've pretty much gotten bristle-free experiences up until this point.

Fantastic shave and report, Keith! The more I hear about Cella, the more I'm convinced there was something off with the jar I bought years ago smelled more and more like a tart cherries with nary an almond to be found.
