  1. yes please...(I know, just a few seconds late...)

unfortunately no, not that I'm aware of.
but, I don't mind the pre-ground stuff at work, since I don't have a grinder at work , and the AP uses a paper filter anyway and would probably lose some of the quality of fresh ground coffee.
I keep the whole bean stuff at home for my FP :D

    ...speaking of which...
  2. Jim, I would like you opinion of this brush design. You make brushes too, right?

  3. I like it! I have a design in my head very similar to that that I'm planning on trying.
I'm only just starting out woodturning, but I do have a few handles under my belt, so to speak

  4. There, fixed that for you. :happy102
  5. Jim, have you ever tried turning Lignum Vitae? Darn easy, and polishes up like a charm. The brush pictured has nothing on! It gets that much of a luster with sandpaper and cloth.
  6. hey! I resemble that remark!
    errr, I mean, good one! :ashamed001 :happy097
no, not yet, in fact I just sent you PM before reading this post :D
  7. argh.... I need a desktop lathe.. you people make me very jealous!

BTW: those handles look great Jason!
  8. I am glad you like them, especially considering I will have some for sale around Christmas with 20mm silvertip, 24mm silvertip, and 22mm finest knots in them.
  9. I need to shave!! The wife just called and reminded me that we have a B-day party to attend this afternoon.

I reckon I will finally use that Double ring today.
  10. enjoy that double ring! Wife and daughter getting ready to leave for a party - but I get excused (yay! - gonna go take a car to have brakes done - blah)
  11. Just got home... $315 for the brakes. ugh... and now I'm broke. Got home it was sunny, thought I would take the dog for a walk. Got 1/4 mile and it started to sleet. Got back home and sat down, and wife and daughter got home. So much for quiet time by myself to relax.

Evidently the back brake shoes were in near perfect shape. But then again, they weren't adjusted correctly and weren't doing anything. So the front brakes have been doing all the work and have been overheating and causing issues that I had another shop check into in March. Now I am very glad that we didn't take the trailer along on any camping trips this summer!
  12. I have several percolators.. and like them a lot......

Not a brush maker but those look great.

Justin hate to hear the brakes cost so much... but cheaper then installing a anchor.

Jason the razors made it.. WOOHOO thanks a million. The ER 1912, which I did not remember I was getting was in two peices when it got here.. An easy fix though. Wonderful looking razors...

Justin will get that stuff out to you soon. Well some of it.. I can not find the 1914 I was agoing to send you ,. may have give it away already... not sure.. grrr

    Fuzzy
  13. :happy102

Cheaper than an anchor, cheaper than hitting something to stop, and much cheaper than stopping by the Flintstones method (I have big feet, it isn't easy finding shoes for them)

If the 1914 doesn't make it, I won't be complaining. I'll just keep a lookout for one then.
  14. Fuzzy, did something break on that ER 1912, or did it just come unscrewed? Let me know if everything is okay.
