Thanks to another sleepless night I was able to watch an old American comedy with Kim Novak (one of my passions as a kid), Jack Lemmon (who never excited me) and Fred Astaire (what a class!).

He's not the only classy actor, but you can't talk about class in general...

Fred Astaire had an aristocratic elegance: he looked like an aristocrat even when he danced!
Cary Grant also had an inimitable, but more casual, very British (weird, isn't it?): he could make the most shabby movements, infusing them with elegance like no other.

And Sidney Poitier? What elegance! But of a different kind: he showed a class free from any affectation: undertone and, for this very reason, almost "exuberant".
He stood out among all the others for his calmness, almost hieratic. Even by Bob Redford: also a man of great class, but of a more modern, more American I would say.
When they worked together they were incomparable!

Thinking of these Prince Charming, I feel like a horrible plebeian!

But incredibly well shaven: I have more delicate time than usual to prepare with a warm cloth and soaping for a long time.

I used the razor it with unusual delicacy: as if I was passing it on a veil of nitroglycerin!
The result was one of the best shavings I can remember and also the Feather, accurately corked, behaved perfectly.
She is, however, less delicate than the Kai and SOC on my skin.

I also spent time on the post shave: warm cloth and alcoholic AS, dry cloth and balm: am I finally learning to behave as a retired old man?

An unusual note among my habits has been the EdT: warm, enveloping, not very summery. But, awesome!

All with the background of a wonderful warm and charming voice.

The Col. Conk Amber face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #1 Badger Brush. I used my 3d printed adapter to jack up the blade and did two passes and touch ups with the Superior Lather Catcher with a GEM Blue Star SE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva 5 in 1 ASB. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
