Very true. I have not really noticing them being easy to dent. I guess on good thing on being small is the containers are easy to store.

They do make an awesome soap and once it wears down a bit you get less spillage over the top. I only load for a few seconds in tin since I'm a face latherer and probably don't notice it as much a guys who lather from the tin.

Since Williams doesn't offer much in the post-shave department, I thought today would be a good opportunity to try out my new LEA balm. The consistency is similar to Nivea and can be shaken easily inside the tube. Although it is opaque in color, it goes on pretty clear and absorbs into the skin fast. The menthol in the balm is just enough to give a nice cool feel, but not enough to overpower the scent (which I can only describe as "clean"). My skin feels hydrated and not at all greasy or sticky. I look forward to having it in the rotation.

2 passes today with the GEM Jr. for a DFS and no irritation.

This soap came in the mail from topofthechain yesterday, so I was eager to try it out today. Back to the LC for the basic razor focus. Doesn't look all that basic with the awesome makeover @MrEE gave it. Evan's brush made for a great combo as well.
It was a very nice 3 pass'er. The 4.3 base is always a great producer for me. The scent, as with a few SV soaps, is hard for me to describe. A Vetiver for sure, but also some other prominent notes. There is a dryness to it (hence the name, I'm smart that way...), but also an inherent sweetness. First thoughts? A winner. Different and unique from anything else I have. The Fresh Vetiver worked well with it. I had hedged my bets and didn't order the splash with it right away. Often other scents get drowned out by some SV soaps, but this splash holds up to it, to be honest.
