It's official now--the last day of June :D

Beautiful photos, and great shave and recap of a great month, Clint. I've enjoyed watching you doggedly take on finishing a fantastic soap (looks like both you and Joseph managed to end your soaps in the eleventh hour). Congratulations on killing the OC&BP!

Gorgeous photo, Mark--I love being able to catch a bit of the coin on the bottom of the brush. Coconut Lime, can there be a more wonderfully summery scent? :D

Thanks guys. I have ordered the Colonial General V2 SS head, seeing as V1 is not even available anymore. Both comments are very useful. I don't like the handle, but I figured this would go well on my titanium handle as my Wunderbar is going in a drawer for now.
This will be my small display's example of an AC SE. The vector is too much $$$ and the reviews and comments on the General are good, when you can find any. Funny it is not seen to be discussed much.
Plus the owners are identical twins, as am I. However they are too twin-ish, if you know what I mean.

Fantastic report, Paul--good to see Clubman earning its way into the summer rotation :D

Beautiful photo and set up, Pierpaolo! With Brubeck playing in the background, that's got to be one of the classier shaves I've seen :D

Well, so far so good....we'll see about when it's hotter. Thanks for the report compliment. It's amazing to see how moist the Central Texas Soap was/is after a few months of non-use.

Whoa. I did a shave with my Rex Ambassador last night, intending to go 2-1-.5 on my face and 2.5-1.5-1 on head.
For the final pass on my head I opened it all the way up to rinse it before the final pass, then forgot to close it back down.
    - A little rough, I use a very loose watery lather on that last pass. On the bright side it did get rid of that bump, likely an ingrown hair or irritation. .... Otherwise unscathed. Between 3-6 I actually don't notice much difference. I try to keep under 3.

Wow, Gary! Gorgeous photos, gorgeous set up, and a particularly gorgeous razor :D

Very sorry to hear about the downsizing. Hopefully things pan out so the sweet outweighs the bitter. I wish you the very best--you deserve it ;)

I like the Alumiinum Lupo with a titanium handle for shaving. Still balanced, slightly heavier. For touchups it is fantastic as is. I usually leave it loaded just for that purpose and finish any other razors missed spots.

That’s a shave that just bleeds British Empire all throughout. Nice, Gary!
I hate to hear the news about your job/shop. From what you’ve mentioned before, it seems you’ve had a long career in that field. Hopefully you’ll be able to land somewhere soon. Prayers are extended.

I might try that with the tiny amounts of soap I was sent as part of a PIF long ago. They still smell great.

Time to say goodbye and move on.
Great shave with the Feather AC.
I can get a closer shave with the AC than I can with my traditional straights.
It's close, but the edge goes to the Feather.
