    Thanks for the recommendation, Jeff. I really did like the yellows that I have tried, at least as much as the Voskhods. So many good blades out there! :D

    Until your post, I had never heard of Acqua di Selva. Just looked it up and it sounds like a wonderful fragrance.

    Really liking that line up, Jeff--while it's hard to match MWF or NB, I would allow a slight lapse simply for the peppermint! And at some point in time I see Osage Rub working its way into my den as well. :D

    For some, the cool factor of the folding straight is half the fun of shaving with them; I can understand the appeal, but I love the straight-forward, simple and functional design of the kamisori. Do you see yourself throwing a Super in the kami at some point?

    Stunning photo and razor, Jim, and a fantastic shave and report! Love all the yellows. I couldn't tell in the from your photos yesterday and today; are there holes drilled in the base cap of the Rocnel? It's one of my favorite features of the Apollo. Glad to see the razor is working out so well for you--looks like the aggressive plate was the right choice after all :D

    Happy Birthday to your mother, Clint! Sounds like a nice day planned for you and the family.
    Nothing exciting. Mom is going to come over for dinner tomorrow. Aside from that, I'm taking Monday and Tuesday off to continue on "Project Stupidity Part 2". ;)
