That is why I am out here instead of the Zoo that is my house. very peaceful here.

I could not believe that the hospital did not have wireless. The ones that my mom and grandparents have been in recently did. This is a nice little hospital in New Iberia. Wonderful staff. I was very impressed with how they did things. But no internet at all.

wow, sorry to hear about that dude, good thing you caught it quick though

but, I'm not sure I'd want a hospital that can't even do simple wireless internet...what kind of technology did they have in the OR? pointy stick and alcohol?

Not sure about that.. once they hit me in the head with the clubby looking thingie i do not remember much.

Hey thanks Bill.. I have missed two days of theme week and did not bring an of the stuff from home that I was going to use.. so I will have to catchup when I get home.

 

Pshaw! Take your time and get healthy first, Theme Week can always wait, or just do the next one.

Tired. I got off this work this morning, grabbed a 2 hour nap. Getting ready to head off to bed in a bit.

Been doing good lately, but like everything else, it has its good days and bad days.

Did you ever get around to squirrel hunting?

 

Have not gone yet... the leaves are still thick and the skeeters/snakes are still out here. I like to wait till it gets cooler. But i will have to breakdown here soon and go when I get back on my feet. My supervisor at work went and got 5 opening weekend. He made some gumbo with them and brought it to work..,GOOD STUFF.

 

MMmm Gumbo. :drool That reminds me, I still need to make some Dirty Rice.

Well Fuzzy, it time for me to head off to bed. Make sure you don't stay up too long, get plenty of rest, and pull the door closed behind you as you leave.

I'm grateful that you're out of the hospital already and are recovering. Emergency appendectomies can be a durned sight worse than that. Hope you keep doing well!

Yup it has been as good a experience as it can be.

Yea sometime have to revisit something to remember why you stopped visiting in the first place... come to think of it that is how it goes with people too LOL.
