    Thanks, Joe! I realize now that much of my frustration with my old Dovo Special was because I think it badly needs a honing. Would you be willing to do maybe a short Zoom at your convenience to discuss honing, resources etc. I have already sent the other Damascus razor to Glen Mercurio. With my shakiness, I don’t know if honing would be in my future.

    The Suneko people are marketing the blades as the modern Personna 74s. They have some sort of nano diamond coating that they argue will allow for many, many shaves on one blade. I routinely bin my DEs after 2 shaves. Maybe I’ve been wasting a resource!

    @Droo78, of course there’s never any irritation when one shaves with the finest safety razor design in the the last 100 years!!! ;)
