Oh, and to further explain the CT, here is our very own QofB from earlier in this thread:

ugh. I have the flu or something, I feel lousy. I haven't shaved since Monday because my skin is overly sensitive when I have a fever. Hope it breaks soon.

That still makes me laugh. :happy102
Depends on whether I get distracted or not, and whether the person already has a CT or not.

So how the y'all? Did I miss anything important?

that's gotta violate a law or two if you live anywhere south of the Mason-Dixon.

Seriously, hope you feel better. Let me know if I can do something for you. I'm not that far away.

... and as for me, I've had a carpy day. Scraped bottom in my PT Cruiser coming out of a parking lot and the foglights won't turn off even when parked, which promptly drained my battery. So now it's at the garage.

I gathered my yutes together for a powerpoint presentation of a recent mission trip, only to have the yute with the computer fail to show up, leaving me to stand around looking like I hadn't done my planning. In front of my boss and a good portion of the congregation. Ugh. Oh well. Tomorrow's another day.

It is two nawthern teams so we is safe from the Mason Dixon po-lice.

Sorry to hear about the car and all. You know how them Yutes is. PT Cruiser huh... As long as it is not that funky gold color I have seen on some it is ok.

Thanks for the offer to help.. Things are on the way to mending seems like. How is that Damaskeene doing for you?

It's all cool Dude..... You know my surgeon actually uses that term alot. walks in the room "Dude how you doing Bro" Very loud too.... I generally do not like loud people like that. He is an exception though. Gives a good feeling to the patients seems to me.

Hey ya MsB. How's you and the zoo?

Hey Fuzzy. Things are pretty good here. Had a nice dinner of Ginger and Pepper Fried Squid (Chinese), jumped on the Blackberry wagon (phone should be here on Monday), and am just relaxing. It's good to read that you're feeling better. Hope the healing comes quickly. Man, you've had more than your share of health stuff lately. Knock it off! ;)

I didn't watch a single game of the series - the first time ever that's happened. Would have loved to been there in NY tonight...

Funny you should mention that. I never had to see a doc from about 21 to 36.. since then it has been all down hill LOL.

Yup, I gotcha. Get ready for dental joy - that's next. :whacky011

I did pretty well until my mid-40's. Think I've seen 6 or 7 doctors in the last 4 months. CT scans, nerve conduction studies, tread mill, doppler ultrasound, stuff I can't remember. Turns out I'm the healthiest 50 yr. old, diabetic, overweight, ex-smoker that anyone around here has ever seen! :happy108

I've about had it with seeing doctors and figure I'm pretty much paid up for the next few years... Like you, I never really needed to see a doctor at all in my 20's and didn't even have health insurance until I was 30.

So, how's things with you tonight? Bet your mom's happy to have you around for a while...
