    Beautiful greenery, Clint. I was just saying to Jim that his boar experience today was like my Zenith experience. Much like yours as well. I load a ridiculous amount of time with them, and that has made the difference. You bowl lathered? I can't even remember the last time I heard you say that...

    Great shave and great song choice, Pierpaolo! Another interesting looking Euro splash today. I like seeing the different products you show off.

    Very nice, Mark. What do you think of the T3? I think I would like it, as I find the T2 a touch short lofted.

    Awesome shave and write up, Jeff! Congrats on busting out the fave splash, too. I trust everything is ok with your daughter in law as well.

    The Rockwell blades are just fine in a shavette. When I did a 100 day run awhile back, I tried different blades and noticed very little difference from on to another. Except the Big Ben from Lord. I've never had luck with them in any razor. Overall, the rest of the blades I tried, from Derby to Feather all felt about the same. Do you find similar results as well?

    Rex Ambassador ramp up experiment
    Third day of Rex Amb. at 1. 0 * 3 pass shave + touchup. AM at wake instead of at PM before bed this time, if that makes any difference.
    BBS- or DFS++ good enough.

    Now 3 days at 1.5.
    At 1.5 there should be less water/Thayer touchups and no buffing on neck, lest irritation become visible.

    BTW I'm using Crown Preshave if not showered and Arko if at night, Tabac if in the AM (so I don't smell like Ivory soap, which I don't mind at night)
    I love that Proraso Aftershave balm, so I use that if in AM. Wood and Spice. I've not seen it as an aftershave splash and have read that the cologne does not smell quite the same, too bad.

    Great shave, Gary! The razor looks immaculate.
    I saw your preview post on the SoS thread yesterday and it reminded me I hadn't tried my Erasmic yet. It worked well today..

    When things are all hell in a handbasket, being able to take pleasure in some of the simple things in life can make all the difference. Best wishes to your DinL.
