Clint, very nice set up. Sorry that the boar is frustrating you, perhaps the gel tips do not agree with the lather. A beautiful looking brush handle though.

Wonderful shave Jeff. Glad to hear everything turned out okay on the home front. I do need to pick up a bottle of OSR. I will do that when the JustOneJuly is completed.

    The Shave
Again, loaded the stick directly to muh face, and kept adding chilled water till I got the right consistency.

The three passes were the standard WTG, XTG, and ATG, with no nasty little surprises or drama. Just how I like them. Came out of it with a near BBS, and very little warmth on the outer regions of the upper lip.

While the tip of the chin is the area that is physically hardest for me to remove facial hair, the outer part of the upper lip comes in at a close 2nd, and is the most likely to feel the burn when I do. Both of them are prominent members of the Goat Zone Alliance, the most disagreeable collection of shaving regions ever to band together. This emperor is always having to deal with resistance and uprisings in that direction, but I will crush all rebellion!

    Wow, Thursday already! :D

Time to call in the Gladiators Tim. We all have an area that likes to present a challenge, which makes conquering the Alliance all the more sweeter.

Thanks, Gary. I actually prefer the shave of my '47 SS to the '41 RT. :scared003:

Excellent shave and report, Tim! I kept a goatee for many years, but shaved it off around the same time my traditional wet shaving transitioned into more of a hobby interest instead of just a more frugal and better way to shave. It took a while to adjust shaving there.
