That sounds like a good plan. I've been happy with the LEA products, as you know. :)

Thank you Andrew :). I try to rotate between the Shave Cream(Clubman)and the Grandpa's Barbershop soap(Central Texas Soaps)when using the Clubman Original A.S. I was due for the "Gentlemanly Goo" this time around!

Can we now have a Yardley vs. Bill Neumann($28 for 8 oz.) Shave SoapSuper Bowl? Note; I have yet to try the Bill Neumann offering, but it's probably quite good from what Ive read.

Who am I kidding...if I ever came across a Red Ring for a fair price I'd snap it up in a heartbeat. It's just what we do.:happy108:

Aaaah, let @wristwatchb have his Tabac.....I'm glad I discovered milder forms of the T stuff in other soaps/aftershaves.

Agree 100% on the Eau Sauvage. Saw one reviewer call it 'old man juice'. I am happy to be called an old man, then.

A very cool pic of some unique gear, Pierpaolo. A new to me song choice as well.

A great review of some nice-sounding products, Clint. The pic did them justice as well. You have a bunch of new stuff to try out this week!

I've never shaved with a Big Fellow, Jeff, but agree with your assessments of the quality NEWs and OTs in general. If you came across one of the Goodwills, I think you'd like those as well. The #160 with a NEW LC ish baseplate and a different top cap is a great shaver.

Look at the condition of that vintage software...amazing, Joseph, and congrats! Just a great writeup, too. The soap sounds fantastic as well.

Another great outdoor pic of another amazing razor, Gary. You'd better not stop posting pics like this on here, or I'm coming down to Vancouver and taking pics of your stuff myself...

18 shaves is certainly impressive, Bruce! The Rubie is one of the few St Petes Gillettes that I haven't tried, to be honest. Off to look for some now...

I've eyed the LEA hard puck as well. If I make another Connaughts order, I'll get one there. 'Cheap like Borscht' from them.

    July 15th
    Occam's DE w Polsilver (2)
    Omega '83/ Resin
    SV/Asylum Colonia combo
    Thayers
IMG_5016.jpg Another day with the Occams. I'm loving this Emperor focus- lots of SV software, Italian boars and awesome razors.
Today was no exception- everything worked as it should and I was completely smooth. The Occams/Polsilver combo is knocking it out of the park.
    Have a great day all!

    jluc smelling pretty

    Thanks, Jason!

The soap and splash are newish. My wife uses Stirling bath soap and was running low. I snuck Lime and Black Cherry into the order. It made financial sense. I hate paying for shipping.
