My biggest ambition for the day has been a nap.

I thought you might have used Amazon. It was one of the best prices I found with no hassle shipping. I put the razor on my Amazon wishlist for now.

Looking forward to your return, my friend! You won't believe this, but shaky old me has been walking down the open edge shaving path and still seems to have all the normal appurtenances. When I shave with a straight, I, of course, wear my kevlar level three body armor ;), but I haven't dropped a razor yet. Who knows, the best is yet to come. I wear one of my wife's three lb ankle weights on each forearm. Had my first Mug BBS the other day. Take care, and all the best to Kathy!

Yes, it would make a nice scented candle. The scent smells like you are sitting in the living room with a live Christmas tree. It truly is a nice scent.

Great looking shave Bruce. The New LC is a fantastic razor.

That's why I had a bit of a fight with it to get it loaded. I'll just stick to Personnas then from this point on.

Wow. Fantastic shave Andrew. That is a great looking brush and you busted out the Seville which smells fabulous.

I agree, Clint! I'm looking forward to the arrival of my Fine SS New LC Revision. If it shaves as well or better, I'll be a happy camper.

Thanks for the update Charlie. I know it will be nice for Kathy to be out of the hospital. Glad to hear you are still enjoying the shaves. With so much mask wearing, many choose to grow a beard.

Thanks, Clint, I don't expect I'll be using it any time soon. I just received my Schick Type F back from Tom White (@twhite) today. I sent him a non-functioning razor, and he transformed it into a working razor. I'm really looking forward to shaving with it tomorrow.

I love it, Jeff. I'm so glad you gave straight shaving a go, and it sounds like you are heading toward mastery. I look forward to getting back in the groove and following along on your newly discovered pursuits.

It's really good to hear from you, my friend. Thank you for all the prayers and encouragement.

Thank you, Clint! I love the brush handle, but I am not a fan of the knot. It's a stiff synthetic that's very scratchy feeling. Surely a soap buster though. If I had the expertise, I would replace the knot with a boar. Seville is always a pleasure to use. :D

Thanks Clint. I have skipped shaving 2 or 3 times since I've been here, thinking the mask covers my face anyway. But when I do, I always miss out on a very relaxing way to start the day. Mask or not, I just enjoy my shaves.

We've been in the hospital so long that we know most of the staff here on a first name basis. It's a really special group that we'll always remember. I just won't recognize any of them outside the hospital because I only know them with face masks.

The sweet gal that stocks the fridge in the family lounge knows I like ice cream, so I'm covered there as well.

This has been the mildest summer I've ever experienced, but it will be so nice to get home.

Thanks for walking alongside us during some tough times. I hope you all are staying safe and doing well.

I was at Tanger in Riverhead. The Bath and Body Works there does not carry any Bigelow stuff. If the Men’s section was about no more than 3-5% of the store.
