    My Tatara Masamune has been described as an AS-D2 with a shim. It has a pretty small sweet spot.

    Well, again I don't usually do a shave report if it's just a simple can being used(that is, no shave soap), but I was pleased especially today that I was able to slice off some serious astroturf just under my noggin(olfactory bulb, right?). I mean, these hairs had porcupine written all over 'em(just from the sound of the razor work). Other than that, pretty routine all the way. One pass, as is normal when I use canned cream(Gillette Original this morning). Cactus Nation looks&feels good. No cuts, weepers. Aqua Velva to close. .Very Excellent.
