My first injector! Can't wait to try it out! I really like the textured finish. I haven't done a thing to it yet...clean etc. Also, I've got to figure out how I'm going to deal with the handle situation lol! Although, for five bucks it might be easier just to change my name!

Certainly makes sense, yes, and I appreciate that info! I initially thought it was a G type but then I more closely read our Schick thread and very similar ones elsewhere. I'm still pretty sure it's an E. By the way, if you know Frank, please don't tell him I have his razor.

Isn't that an E2? The head opens for cleaning; swinging to the left.

    I have one as well.

Seems like I had slowed down on my collecting and then all of a sudden in the last couple of weeks I found several items that I hadn't previously acquired including an Old Spice Lime set that I previously posted in The Haul.

Next, I picked up a Tally-Ho gift set online. The aftershave was empty but the mug contained a soap puck that I'm assuming is original and it appeared to be mostly unused. I tried it out and posted in yesterday's SOTD. The talc may have been full but the seller did a poor job of packaging the set so there was a lot of talc inside the box and all over everything. Less than $20 delivered.

Then I hit an antique store the other day and found several items to bring home including a bottle of Tally-Ho aftershave to put alongside the set above.

$15 for the shave lotion and $5 for the Williams shave stick container.

And my big hit was a G3 Aristocrat (gold Slim) for $14.50 that cleaned up beautifully. Packaged together with a BlueBlade tuck (one blade left) and a Gillette blade holder with some miscellaneous blades inside.

Also found an adjustable shaving mirror for $12. The metal is pretty rough but the mirror only has one small imperfection. Usually the mirrors on these things are in terrible condition.

    A Merkur razor for $5.

I'm not familiar enough with Merkur razors to know what it is. I''m also trying to figure out what color the handle is supposed to be. I've soaked it and scrubbed it but whatever is in the knurling doesn't want to go away. I would appreciate any insights.

And then a Star single edge in very shiny condition that came with a tuck of blades and a very worn brush for $18.50.

There appears to be something missing at the bottom end of the handle but I'm not familiar enough to be sure.
