    That’s a terrific soap finish, Perry! I’m sure you are wall to wall busy right now. Our area school districts just announced they have cancelled marching band competition season for this year. Terrible news, especially as this is my Son’s senior year. The directors say for now, because it’s classified a co-curricular activity, they plan to be able to have some semblance of marching band even if it’s just playing at football games. It’s still a moving target.

    You mean there are no cookies? The cookies are distributed during our secret, well not secret annual meet up in St Louis. Due to corona our cookies were canceled, so I guess technically there are now cookies now.

    Hope you are feeling better and the second round is not as difficult.

    Thursday shave: Today's razor is Geoge Wostenholme, a very cool looking razor but it just does not agree with me... no choice this one will be sold despite the really cool scales. The shave was acceptable, but definitely below average by my current standard.

    I decided to change up the hardware for a few days and went with the SS Wolfman WR-1 OC. This is my first time using it back to back with the Tatara Masamune. I had always thought the two were similar but I never realized just how similar. Both have similar head profiles with the same 0.61mm blade gap. While the Masamune has a negative blade exposure the Wolfman is neutral to slightly positive providing more blade feel. I used the PAA Star Jelly with menthol before face lathering. I really like the intense chill and it helps the SdM soap post shave feel as well. Three passes had the baby easily in sight and I just could not help myself. I just had to chase the little guy and catch him. I finished off the bottle of Fine Italian Citrus aftershave this morning. I will certainly replace it. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday.
