I really want to get back to work on the lathe. Been way too busy. How are you JoAnna, Bill, Jason, and Justin? (and any other crickets that chime in)

 

Good to see you Rodd! Me? Pain, and lots of it actually, but not complaining.

 

not too bad. Tendinitis has been starting to flair up again - but not bad yet. Got some pens in today (cheap .99 for 10)... still annoyed by wife's doctor.. but overall doing well.

I want to get back to work on the lathe as well... there is only one problem...

The key part here is the we all are still feeling, if you catch my drift.

Rodd, I've read your story about the bum Shave King you got, have you ever shaved with one?

 

Yup... Eventually, I want to have someplace to set up a lathe and then turn my own brush handle and maybe a custom pen, maybe a blow gun...

That is definately a good thing. That cup is totally half full.

I haven't shaved with one yet, but I will get one. Nice thing is they usually don't get too expensive, but I always forget to bid. Just gotta keep my eyes open.

 

one never knows when a well concealed blow gun can be of vital importance...

Actually, I was just trying to come up with anything else that I would really use the lathe for (which is why I don't have one of the mini ones yet...)...

hmmm... I wonder if one can be turned to look like a mini light saber?

Either of you looking to get in to straights? I know that is out of the blue, but I am considering PIFing a couple things, I can't get in to it.

Now on a side note...ahhhh Monkey Farts! What a strange name for such a marvelous scent!
