    I tend to agree. The Futur is my best razor overall when it comes to consistent, bulletproof, great shaves. Oddly, it can be ridiculously aggressive, but I have always preferred it on the lowest setting with a smooth blade.

    Razor/Blade:- Merkur 34C / Gillette Nacet #5
    Post/After-shave:- T.N. Dickinson Witch Hazel Astringent mixed into the 240ml bottle with Natural Glycerin (20 drops) & Tea Tree Antiseptic (5) / The Stray Whisker Aftershave Balm (Australian made)

    Excellent three pass shave this morning culminating in a very smooth finish. A twin blade fitted in the N1 aided greatly in this. Enjoy your day.

    It's a test formula base from Stone Cottage Soapworks. They've been around for a few years. So far, I'm enjoying this formulation more than their original. It's creamier and slightly more dense while taking on more water. Builds lather easily & quickly. Scent is on the softer side with a bay leaf aroma while I pick up some slight sweet berry nuance. Performance so far has been quite good. Need more time with it to nail it down....
