    Thank you Clint. I have never smoked a brisket for the sake of just a brisket. I have smoked a flat for pastrami several times. Talk about delicious. BGE sounds nice. I have a Masterbuilt electric smoker. I have begun a project to make a UDS. (Ugly Drum Smoker).
