Man, sorry to hear. Health is not something we take for granted after we lose it. I've been dealing with chronic pain due to a fractured vertebrae a few years ago. Don't know when, or if, that will get resolved. But on good days I realize it's better than the alternative, 6 feet under! But most days it's hard to even see the bright side.

I'm not trying to compare what I'm going through with your issues. I'm just sharing to let you know I truly sympathize with you & wish & pray for you to have better days ahead. Take care, my friend.

Thank you. And what you are going through I know the type. I jacked my spine up skateboarding when I was 18. I can be standing and start to move at times and it feels like a knife is stabbed into my spine. My whole lower body drops out from under me and I'm on the ground. I have a couple bulged discs that press and grind the nerves against the holes where they come out through the spine. I am in pain management for that. I'm hoping I can do the laser spine surgery and get it better some time.

Basically my body is defective. I need a new one. Manufacturers defective. Just transfer my tattoos over to the replacement. Those can never be done again, since my adopted father did them and he passed away this past November.

Prep: Warm shower / Sanex Men ~ Sensitive Soap Free Shower Body & Face Gel.

Pre:

Cold wet flannel to my face.

Pears ~ Transparent Soap Bar / Wilko Men's Shaving Oil.

Brush: Yaqi ~ Naples 24mm Synthetic.

Face Lather.

Soap : Clubman Pinaud.

Blade: Shark ~ Super Stainless. (1)

Razor: Parker 92R.

Parker Razor & shark blade week.


A new shave set up to start the weekend...It's been a long time since i last added the Shark Super stainless blade to my blade rotation which aren't the sharpest blade in my shaving den, but i find them to be smooth very forgiving and pair up well with my parker razors.

Good technique & shaving confidence dictates the result of traditional wet shaving... As always YMMV.

A enjoyable 3 pass +pick ups near BBS shave with no errors to report.

Finishing to the shave off with a generous dollop of Baylis & Harding ~ Amber & Sandalwood ASB.

My face is feeling super smooth and smelling divine.
