It has been a busy morning around the homestead. Both girls are packing up to return to school. I took both Mocha and Cody on their morning walk. While they get along, I had to make two trips taking only one at a time. I enjoyed the additional exercise. After almost 2 weeks with my Wolfman razors, I thought it would be nice to break out the Brassbird for run. The Semogue loaded and lathered the A&E Bad Habits with ease. The soap is a dupe of Guerlain Habit Rouge. The scent opens with a blast of citrus over woody middle notes. The base note is one of smokey leather. This scent is just fantastic. Three passes with touch ups and buffing of my lower right neck ended in a drama free BBS shave. A splash of the aftershave and spritz of Habit Rouge left me feeling smooth and smelling great. All the ladies have commented on the scent so its a certain winner. I hope everyone has a great Sunday.
GSB has been my #2 to Feathers, so I'm a fan. I read somewhere that the writer (also a GSB fan) was experiencing disappointment with a recent acquisition of these. I did not see a repeat of lesser results until your experience. Trying to evaluate things here. I hate buying stuff I like then finding an "improvement" was made that disappointed me.
