    Brisket is in the smoker!

    This smoke was extremely straight. I guess this brisket had a mind of it’s own. I placed on the smoker at 7:00 Friday evening and projected the finished time for around 1:00 PM Saturday afternoon. John Steinbeck moment, Best laid plans of Mice and Men.
    Needless to say this thing did not come out of the smoker until 9:00 Saturday night. I know what I will be serving for dinner tonight.

    Love this soap and splash. First shave with this straight. It did not disappoint, super close and comfortable.
