Nice shot and shave Gary. Dead Sea is good stuff. I will need to use it myself soon.

One of the better feeling ones I’ve tried in terms of the knurling. Not to sharp nor to smooth. Just about perfect to be honest. H&S has a winner in their hands..... :happy088:

Thanks! The Arlington sample was purchased a while ago, and somehow got "lost" in the soap drawer and hadn't been used. I found it a couple of weeks ago, and agree that it is a great cream.

Great shave today. I think the GFT Spanish Leather will be included in the next soap/cream purchase.

    TUESDAY'S SHAVE

    Perfumed by Elise Benat
    [IMG]

Razor - Rex Supply Co. "Ambassador" Adjustable Stainless Steel with matching stand
Blade - PolSilver "Super Iridium" *Fresh Blade
Shave Brush - Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements "The Solar Flare"
Lather - Kiss My Face "Moisture Shave - Fragrance Free"
Aftersahve - Humphreys Organic Distilled Witch Hazel *mentholated with PAA "Chill Mill" menthol crystals
Fragrance - Amouage "Beach Hut" Man

I'm going to try out a PolSilver blade in the Rex Ambassador (I have been using Feathers). I have a hunch it might be a good shave because Matt Pisarcik favors PolSilvers and I suspect he might have been testing it with his favored blade the whole time. I'll find out.

    Tonight's shave

Tanifuji Ba'Ba 13/16 Japanese razor this is just a great razor. Constantly delivers superb shaves. It's part of the hell will freeze over before I let this razor go.

Beau Brummel strop. I used this tonight and if you haven't seen it look in the strop section I posted a bunch of pics in the early birthday gift. But the strop is absolutely amazing. I really cannot articulate how nice this strop truly is. Tony Miller makes the best modern strop and this is by far the best vintage strop.

I cannot remember who made this brush. It was a member here. Please forgive me for forgetting. Please speak up because I fully believe in giving credit where credit is due. I love the brush. I love the knot he put in it. The handle is really comfortable.

Razorock Dead Sea soap. Ok to myself and everyone in the house say this soap smells exactly like noxema. But it's a nice soap.

Captains Choice Venture aftershave balm. First time using a balm from Captains Choice and I have to say it's a great balm. I will be buying more of the balms from Captain.

Captains Choice lather bowl. Great bowl. But I need more to have variety. Just because I like variety
