First Fatboy shave Preshave - mentholated Col Conk Lime, lather, hot rag, and rinse Razor - E1 Fatboy, very clean acquisition from Deer Lodge, Montana. Came with stiff doors, but I tweaked the safety bars last night and now it is a smooth operator. Blade - SuperMax Blue Diamond platinum (5) Lather - Arko, face/bowl hybrid lather, custom pearwood badger/boar mistura Postshave - alum, hops infused witch hazel, 50/50 bay rum Captain's Choice/VIBR Two pass and touch up on 5/3/3. A fine, smooth first performance from the Fatboy, exceeded expectations for a very close shave with minimal alum feedback and just a little of that Pinaud burn.
just arrived.eveready c40 and 100,reknoted in badger by our Keith..@Enrico..awesome. 1948 aristocrat jr.. best of both worlds,the 1948 aristocrat jr is a brit made safety bar flat plate head with the u.s early superspeed handle /knob assembly..also has the full doors like a senator/sheraton..the coolest superspeed imo..one year only..the next crat jr had the rocket handle/mechanism..and it's serviceable if you have the proper holt screwdriver..
