    One hurdle just completed. My Covid results were negative. Now if I can get some help from the GI Doctor tomorrow, I will be good to go.

    Dorko is still in business making scissors etc but they do not make razors anymore.

    I am a Tabac fanboy, I never got the reference to an old ladies purse. It smells masculine to me. My grandmother's purse smelled like Chanel No. 5.

    Wednesday shave: A near wedge 7/8 Wade and Butcher. I guess I am just not a fan of Sheffield steel, try as I may I just can't get them as sharp as my German, Japanese or Artisan razors. Today's razor is sharp, just a shade below my usual blades. Today's brush is a Simpson Chubby 2, at first I hated it, now I really like the knot for hard soaps but I with the handle was longer, I hate getting soap on my fingers when I shave with a straight.

    The shave result was very good and I smell good too.

    Andrew, you have excellent taste in razors, but I worry now that you may be suffering from the same nasal dysphoria as @wristwatchb Charlie, @Primotenore , and @FaceScraper. I guess certain scents help us remember cuddling in those warm granny arms! :love055:
